I have been on the internet for almost a decade now. But only last year I started any serious effort to learn internet marketing, set up my own sites & blogs, buy up domain names with a vengeance. I have 6 different websites and blogs running now with numerous sub domains on various internet product niches.
Here is one of the key Internet Marketing lesson of the past year which could save you tons of money.
Just imagine for a moment that you are going shopping for some cloths. You have heard of the newest mall in town which boasts of a 100 story's with each floor of one million square foot.
The moment you enter the Mega Mall the glamor and glitz carries you away. You flit from shop to shop wondering in awe and amazement at all the fabulous goodies lined up on the shelves. You forget the purpose for which you came to the mall. After spending hours roaming about the mall and window shopping you suddenly realize that you aren't finished with your shopping list of cloths yet. But its time to return as you have other urgent business waiting for you. You have wasted a few hours without getting done what you came for.
Internet is one such infinite mall. You open your browser with a specific purpose and if you are caught in the huge amount of wonderful website offering an immense amount of knowledge you end up surfing the web site after site and web page after web page. You forget the very purpose and end up spending a huge amount of time which may not produce any results.
Ask any experience internet marketer and you would find that it is true for most.
If you are interested in making money from the internet, stay focused on the task at hand. If you are researching an article on dog training, stay focused on dog training. Don't go off on web sites for golfing.
For every internet session set out your objectives clearly and don't go wandering in the infinite mall, window shopping for goodies that you are never going to buy.
If you follow this million dollar advice you are sure to succeed in your internet marketing endeavors.
